Common name: Pheasant Coucal – Immature - Distribution in Australia: northern and eastern Australia from Pilbara Region of Western Australia, through the northern third of the Northern Territory, in eastern Queensland and eastern New South Wales south to about Wollongong - Distribution outside Australia: Timor, throughout Papua New Guinea and Yule Island.
