Order Passeriformes; Family Corvidae (Crows & Ravens); Scientific name: Corvus coronoides; Common name: Australian Raven – Collecting nesting material - Distribution in Australia: Present in all mainland states; Absent in the bulk of Western Australia north of Kalbarri NP, the northern and wester Northern Territory, on Cape York Peninsula in Queensland and east of Great Dividing Range everywhere north of Newcastle.
