Order Passeriformes; Family Artamidae (Woodswallows); Scientific name: Artamus cinereus; Common name: Black-faced Wood Swallow - Distribution in Australia: present in drier parts of all mainland states; absent mostly east of Great Dividing Range and in most, apart from the northernmost regions, of Victoria; Distribution outside Australia: in Timor and few other Lesser Sunda Islands and southern New Guinea.
