Order Anura; Family Limnodynastidae (Australian Burrowing Frogs); Scientific name: Limnodynastes dumerilii; Subspecies: dumerilii - Common name: Eastern Banjo Frog; Alternative common name: Eastern Pobblebonk – Distribution in Australia: from south-eastern Queensland through eastern New South Wales (mainly on and west of Great Dividing Range) through northern half of Victoria to south-eastern South Australia, including Kangaroo Island.
